Mike’s introduction into the construction industry began over 25 years ago, first as the Sales Manager, then the Director of Operations of some of the largest production and custom home builders in the area. These positions afforded him the opportunity to learn all aspects of the building process both from a technical production lens, as well as gaining a deep understanding of the preferred customer experience and the importance communication, trust and transparency plays throughout the entire lifecycle of any project.
Mike’s solid, sometimes obsessive commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction is easily evidenced in every DeckWorks project and relationship built with each customer we serve.
When not ensuring every DeckWorks customer receives the best experience possible, Mike enjoys watching and playing a variety of sports, and spending time with his 3 children and 2 grandchildren.
John was raised in the construction industry, and from an early age gained hands on experience in quality craftsmanship while working for his family’s floor covering business. That foundation sparked a lifelong passion for guiding homeowners in bringing their visions and dreams to reality.
John’s professional career began 25 years ago as the Director of Sales for one of the Top 50 homebuilders in the nation, where he honed his skills in cultivating customer relationships, project management and oversight and learning the entire building process from the ground up.
Over the past 15 years John has worked as a General Contractor managing a vast array of projects ranging from full home remodeling, roofing and deck and patio construction. At DeckWorks, John continues to nurture his passion for helping homeowners to create living spaces they love and can be proud of for years to come.
