From your initial consultation to the completion of your new outdoor space, the DeckWorks Experience is designed to be fully transparent, collaborative and stress-free so that every customer receives the absolute best in service, communication and execution so that we may deliver a premium finished product with an unmatched overall customer experience.
This is the “what’s the dream?” meeting; a collaborative brainstorming session to uncover and understand what truly motivates you and your desire and vision for a new outdoor space.
Working with our Project Advisors, expert designers and architectural team, we will design your project based on your wants, needs and budget. We fully handle creating all project and site plans and drawings, addressing any necessary HOA approvals or zoning issues and all permitting and logistical matters related to the project.
Now it’s getting exciting! Allow us to introduce you to the “Field General” of the project, your Project Manager. The Project Manager is the person in charge of the overall construction and oversight of your project. They adhere to strict company guidelines regarding communication, timelines, worksite professionalism, and the overall quality of the product and experience ultimately delivered.
You’ll first meet your Project Manager a week or two prior to the beginning of construction. Here they will reconfirm all of the aspects of the project including dimensions and layout, materials and options selected and color choices. They will discuss scheduling including material delivery, actual start date, and address any other questions or concerns you may have.
During construction, your Project Manager will be on site daily to assure quality construction and will be in continuous contact with you to provide updates on progress.
Upon completion of the project, you’ll meet with your Project Manager to complete a final walkthrough and “sign-off” of the project. You and your Project Manager will address any concerns or questions you may have, and if any changes need to be made or additional work needs to be completed, a list will be made and a timeline set for completion of these items. Our policy is that a project is not complete until you are 100% satisfied with the overall outcome and experience. We don’t just build decks and patios, we build relationships!
