With over 40 years of combined experience, our team understands what craftsmanship, honest communication, and a properly built outdoor space are actually worth. We started DeckWorks to do that work the way we always thought it should be done.
From the first consultation to the final walkthrough, we keep the process straightforward. New build, full replacement, or an upgrade to what you already have, the goal is the same: an outdoor space that adds value to the house and gets used every season.

Michael Boyd
President
Mike's introduction into the construction industry began over 25 years ago, first as the Sales Manager, then the Director of Operations of some of the largest production and custom home builders in the area. These positions afforded him the opportunity to learn all aspects of the building process both from a technical production lens, as well as gaining a deep understanding of the preferred customer experience and the importance communication, trust and transparency plays throughout the entire lifecycle of any project.
Mike's solid, sometimes obsessive commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction is easily evidenced in every DeckWorks project and relationship built with each customer we serve.
When not ensuring every DeckWorks customer receives the best experience possible, Mike enjoys watching and playing a variety of sports, and spending time with his 3 children and 2 grandchildren.

Senior Project Manager
Tyler is a construction industry lifer and, from an early age, gained hands-on experience in quality craftsmanship working with his father and brothers in a wide variety of trades. He brings vast knowledge of advanced construction techniques and practices to DeckWorks while maintaining the highest level of excellence and customer satisfaction.
Tyler's hands-on approach and oversight of every project ensure that each job is completed to the highest standards, and he strives to make certain every customer's experience and overall satisfaction exceed their expectations.

Chris has a strong, comprehensive background in sales and customer service, with an emphasis on complete client satisfaction.
His ability to effectively communicate with customers allows him to understand their goals and motivations for the underlying project, allowing us to create outdoor spaces customers truly love.
Chris has a genuine passion for seeing customers' dreams for their decks and patios become reality, which is why he's such an asset to the DeckWorks team and every customer he meets.
