COMMON QUESTIONS
Everything You Want to Know Before You Build
Cost, timelines, materials, permits, and warranties, whether you are planning a deck, a patio, a pergola, a covered deck, or a roof extension. If your question is not here, call and ask.
At DeckWorks, we believe creating your dream outdoor living area should be exciting, transparent and affordable. Every project begins not with a discussion about the technical aspects of the build, but about you and your vision, goals and dreams. How does your family intend to utilize the new space? What's most important to you? Are we building to a budget or designing to a dream? Do you entertain? Grill? Or just look forward to enjoying a beautiful sunset on your new, covered deck or patio with cherished loved ones? At DeckWorks we want to understand the motivation behind the build. We will create an outdoor living space you will love and can be proud of, but most importantly we will create memories that span generations and last a lifetime.
Project timelines vary depending on size, complexity of design and options selected. But many of our projects can be fully completed in as little as 3 days! DeckWorks prides itself on providing clear scheduling expectations before construction begins and daily updates throughout the building process.
DeckWorks provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty on craftsmanship. Because of this, we only work with the highest quality products available in the industry.
